भूयान् समूहः लोकानां न संघ इति कथ्यते ।
अनुशासननिष्ठत्वं प्रधानं संघलक्षणम् ॥

bhūyān samūho lokānāṁ na saṅgha iti kathyate |
anuśāsana-niṣṭhatvaṁ pradhānaṁ saṅgha-lakṣaṇam ||

It cannot be called an organisation even though it has large number of people. Trusting and adhering to the framework of principles are the true traits of an organisation.
