आदानस्य प्रदानस्य कर्तव्यस्य च कर्मणः
क्षिप्रम अक्रियमाणस्य कालः पिबति तद् रसम्

Whatever you have to pay back to others or whichever task has to be done by you, do it in expected time and without delay. If you do not do it in assigned time the relevance of that work vanishes i.e. it will have no impact.
